NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF MURRAY & ROBERTS SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Murray & Roberts’ shareholders
are advised that the Company has received formal notification, that clients of Allan Gray have,
in aggregate, disposed of an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company. The total interest
held by Allan Gray's clients now amounts to 4.99% of the total issued ordinary shares of the
Company, compared to the previous holding of 5.06% at 29 May 2020.
