CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised of the following changes:
• Mr Chi-Ying Wu (Joe) resigned as alternate director to Mr Chieh-Fu Chen (Jeff) with effect
from 10 June 2020 due to his retirement.
• Mr Ch-Chang Liu (Jacky) has been appointed as alternate director to Mr Chieh-Fu Chen
(Jeff) with effect from 10 June 2020.
Jacky is an Electrical Engineer with an EMBA degree. Jacky is currently a consultant to Hong-
Tai Electrical Industrial Company Limited and was previously the Regional Director Asian
Affairs for General Electric Corporation.
