REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO PUBLISH BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN
1. In respect of the request to extend the date by which a business rescue plan must be
published to 31 July 2020, we advise as follows:
1.1. Creditors constituting more that 50% (in value) of the creditors of the Company
approved the extension.
1.2. The date by which a business rescue plan must be published has thus been
extended to 31 July 2020.
2. Affected persons are also encouraged to keep abreast of the notices and other
documents that are continuously published on the business rescue section on the
Company’s website at : http://www.phumelela.com/Business-Rescue-Updates/Updates.
