CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of the
Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders of the
following changes to the Board, with effect from 12 June 2020:
- Ms. Bridgitte Mathews has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Company; and
- Ms. Anna Modi Hlobo has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Company.
The resignations of Ms. Mathews and Ms. Hlobo will not affect
their respective positions as independent non-executive
directors on the board of directors of PSG Group Limited where
they will both continue to serve in such capacity.
