Change to the Board of Directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Dr John Herselman has resigned as an executive director of ELB with effect from 30 June
2020.
Dr Herselman has served on the ELB Group board (“the Board”) with distinction for over 37 years as
an executive director and non-executive director and agreed in December 2019 to serve ELB in an
executive capacity for a 6-month period to assist with the business restructuring that was announced
on 8 January 2020.
The Board would like to thank Dr Herselman for his many years of service to the Group and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
