Change in composition of the board committees
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Messrs Stephen
Brookes (CEO) and Jonathan Weltman (CFO) were appointed as members to the social, ethics
and transformation committee of the group and that Ms Thoko Mokgosi-Mwantembe was
appointed to the remuneration and nominations committee of the group. Both appointments
would be effective from 18 June 2020.
