CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Norman Celliers
(“Norman”) has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, and as member of the
remuneration committee, with effect from 19 June 2020.
The Board would like to thank Norman for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
