In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Brimstone shareholders
are advised that Ms Mpho Ndebele, currently an independent non-executive director of
Brimstone, has retired from the board of Brimstone with effect from 24 June 2020.
The board wishes to thank Ms Ndebele for her valuable contributions to Brimstone during her
tenure as a director.
