RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company ("the Board") wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr Gareth Fox as a non-executive
director of the Company effective from 30 June 2020. In addition, Gareth has also resigned as chairman of
the audit and risk committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee.
The Board would like to thank Gareth for his contribution to the Company since listing and wishes him well in
his future endeavours.
