EXTENSION OF FINANCIAL REPORTING PERIOD
Shareholders are referred to the JSE general announcement published on SENS on
3 April 2020, wherein the market was advised that the Financial Sector Conduct Authority had
issued a notice (“the Market Notice”) advising the market that issuers with financial year-ends
of 31 December 2019, 31 January 2020, 29 February 2020 and 31 March 2020 will receive
temporary relief of two months within which to complete their year-end financial reporting
process, should this be required by the issuers.
Deneb has published its reviewed preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2020 on
SENS on 5 June 2020. The Company, however hereby advises shareholders that, due to
unforeseen disruptions caused by COVID-19, reliance will be placed on the Market Notice and
that it will be utilising the two month extension period to finalise its audited annual financial
statements and annual report, which it intends to publish during the month of July 2020.
