APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Melvyn Lubega will be
appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board of Adcorp with effect from 01 July 2020.
Mr Lubega is an actuary by training and is an experienced technology entrepreneur and executive, who has built
businesses that serve customers across the world. He is also a referenced thought leader and invited speaker both
abroad and locally on digital transformation, disruptive innovation, the future of the workforce, as well as business
strategy.
He has an Honours Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town and Masters’ Degrees in Learning
and Technology from the University of Oxford.
The Board welcomes Mr Lubega and looks forward to his future contribution to Adcorp. His skills align with the need
state of the company.
