Change to the Board of Directors
The JSE Listings Requirements (“JSE LR’s”) require a company to have a financial director,
therefore in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE LR’s, shareholders are advised that
Ms Joaret Botha CA (SA) is appointed as financial director of Brikor with effect from 29 June
2020.
Joaret completed her articles at KPMG and stayed on at KPMG as an audit manager. She
was part of the Brikor audit team where she gained a deep understanding of the Company.
Joaret has been the Financial Manager at Brikor since November 2019.
The Board of Brikor welcomes Joaret to the board and is looking forward to her valuable
contribution.
