Postponement of release of annual results
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 29 May 2020 and are
advised that the annual results of the Company for the year ended 29 February 2020, which
were scheduled to be published on 30 June 2020, will now be released by no later than 31
July 2020 due to the impact of the nationwide lockdown resulting from the COVID-19
pandemic.
