intu (Jersey) 2 Limited has noted the announcement on 26 June 2020 that administrators
have been appointed in relation to intu properties plc and that trading in PLC shares has
been suspended. The Company is considering the consequences of this development
further and will be making further announcements as appropriate. Investors in the
Company’s Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2022 (the “Convertible Bonds”) should
note that the Company’s ability to make future payments in relation to the Convertible Bonds
is likely to depend on its ability to recover amounts due under intercompany loans made by
the Company to PLC and/or other intu group entities in administration.
