CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Pembury (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Roger Pitt has resigned as an independent
non-executive director with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Mr Pitt for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board will commence the process of identifying suitable independent candidates to fill the vacancies
arising on the Board and the Audit and Risk Committee. Shareholders will be advised once an appointment
has been made.
