CHANGES TO THE BOARD & APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CEO
The Board of Directors of Texton (“Board”) is pleased to inform shareholders that Pienaar Welleman has
been appointed as Interim CEO, effective 1 July 2020.
Pienaar Welleman, has been acting Chief Financial Officer and an integral member of Texton’s Executive
Management since December 2019. Pienaar’s knowledge of the business and close work with funders and
stakeholders, strengthens the leadership of Texton during this time.
The Board continues its process to identify a permanent CEO.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of
Texton (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that with immediate effect, Mr Marius Muller has resigned
as a member of the Board and Capital and Investment Committee.
