APPOINTMENT OF GRINDROD FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 9 June 2020, shareholders are advised that Ms
Fathima Ally has been appointed as Group Financial Director of Grindrod with effect from 1
September 2020.
Ms Ally is a chartered accountant and has been a partner at Deloitte since 2013. She has extensive
audit and assurance experience, having worked with multi-national listed companies across various
industries. The Board takes pleasure in extending a warm welcome to Ms Ally and looks forward to
her valuable contribution.
