BUSINESS UPDATE
1. In order to arrive at a business rescue plan which will be published on or before 31
July 2020, the Business Rescue Practitioner, Mr John Evans, contracted FTI
consulting (www.fticonsulting.com) to engage with interested parties with respect to
their interest in acquiring some or all of the assets and businesses of the Phumelela
Group.
2. Shareholders will be kept abreast of further developments in this regard.
