Shareholders are hereby advised that, in light of potential Covid-19 related complications that may
impact the finalisation of Redefine’s financial results for the year ended 31 August 2020 (“financial
results”), the release date for the company’s financial results, originally scheduled for release on
Monday, 2 November 2020 (as disclosed in Redefine’s 2019 integrated report), will be postponed
to Monday, 9 November 2020.
