CHANGE TO JSE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Ms Fatima Daniels has stepped down
from the JSE Board (“the Board”) as an independent non-executive
director with effect from 8 July 2020.
