CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of AYO Technology (“Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Prof. Dr Louis Cyril Henry Fourie has
been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 7 July 2020.
Prof. Dr Fourie is an expert in the ICT sector, holding presitigious positions at a tertitary education level,
including the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and the University of the Western Cape.
The Board welcomes the appointment of Prof. Dr Fourie and looks forward to his contribution to the
Company.
