CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Pembury (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Jaco Labuschagne has resigned as
Financial Director of the Company with his last day being 31 July 2020.
The Board thanks Mr Labuschagne for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
The Board will commence the process of identifying suitable candidates to fill the vacancy.
Shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made and updated in this regard before
31 July 2020.
