In accordance with section 7.49(a)(i) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised
that there have been no replacements or repurchases of assets in the pool, for the six-month period ended
30 June 2020, due to a breach of the representations and warranties contained in the agreements
underlying the asset-backed debt securities.
