Update on the disposal of Muldersdrift Property
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 22 January 2020 and 5
December 2019 regarding the Transactions that Wearne and its subsidiary Wearne
Aggregates (Pty) Limited entered into with Drift Supersand (Pty) Ltd. In this announcement
words have the same meanings as defined in the said announcement.
Shareholders are advised that the fulfilment of the conditions precedent to the Sale of
Property Agreement have been extended due to administrative and logistical impact of
Covid-19.
Shareholders will be kept up to date in this regard.
