CHANGE IN DESIGNATED AUDIT PARTNER
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s independent auditors, Nexia SAB&T, have
advised the board of directors of Imbalie Beauty (the Board) that the designated audit partner,
Tertius de Kock, has resigned as the Company’s designated audit partner.
Nexia SAB&T has recommended the appointment of Aneel Darmalingam as the designated audit
partner for the Company and the Board has accepted this recommendation. The appointment of
Aneel Darmalingam as the Company’s designated audit partner took effect from Friday,
13 March 2020.
