RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX MSCI CHINA FEEDER
PORTFOLIO (“THE PORTFOLIO”)- STXCHN
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 30 June
2020 regarding the listing approval and the initial public offer
(“the offer”) for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers
(RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the results of the offer.
1. Cash subscription
The total cash subscription to the offer is for an amount of
R 236 178 660 (Two Hundred and Thirty Six million One hundred and
Seventy Eight thousand, Six hundred and Sixty rand). One letter of
allocation (“LA”) was issued for every rand subscribed to the
subscriber’s CSDP or broker account and the corresponding rand
amount debited.
2. Conversion ratio of the LA
STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s
CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratios that will
be published on Monday, 20 July 2020.
