Change to the Board of Directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised
that Mr AP van der Merwe has informed the Brikor Board that he is retiring as non-executive
director and will not offer himself for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.
Ms Mamsy Mokate, an independent non-executive director of Brikor has been appointed as
lead independent director with effect from 17 July 2020.
The Board of Brikor thanks AP for his valuable contribution over the years.
