RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING: RENEWAL OF LEASES WITH A RELATED PARTY
Shareholders are advised that the resolutions contained in the notice convening the General
Meeting were approved by the requisite majorities of shareholders present in person or represented
by proxy at the General Meeting of the company held on Friday, 24 July 2020. The issued share
capital of the company carrying voting rights is 183,064,010 shares, of which 87,134,990 were
entitled to vote at the General Meeting.
