1) Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that the notice of AGM containing the consolidated and separate
financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2020, dispatched to shareholders today,
sets out the details of the Company’s AGM which will only be accessible through electronic
participation, will be held at 10:00 on Friday 6 November 2020.
Shareholders registered as such on Friday, 30 October 2020 will be entitled to virtually attend
and vote at this AGM. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be able to participate and
vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 27 October 2020. The record date for shareholders to be entitled
to receive notice of this meeting is Friday, 17 July 2020.
Shareholders are further advised that Brikor’s Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the
audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 29 February 2020 has been published
and is available on the Company’s website, www.brikor.co.za. The Competent Person’s
Report will be made available on the Company’s website.
2) Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (“The Act”): Annual compliance report
In accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listing
Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms
of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is available on the Company’s website at
www.brikor.co.za/Investor-Relations.
