NOTIFICATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF THE AUDIT FIRM
Further to the announcement released by NamPower on SENS on 22 April 2020, in relation to the
resignation of the Issuer’s external auditors, noteholders are advised that PricewaterhouseCoopers
Namibia have been appointed as the Issuer’s external auditors, with Mr Louis van der Riet as the
designated individual, effective 29 June 2020.
