RESTRUCTURING CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the SENS announcement released on Monday, 18 May 2020, regarding the Company’s response
to the Covid-19 outbreak and the subsequent national lockdown that followed, shareholders are advised of
the following.
Advanced Health is in the process of considering measures to restructure the Advanced Health Group, to
simplify the group structure, reduce operational and overhead costs and to inject the necessary cash
resources to ensure continued solvency and liquidity of Advanced Health and the subsidiaries for the
foreseeable future.
To give due and proper consideration to the options available, Advanced Health have entered various
discussions regarding the restructuring and subject to terms being agreed on the proposed measures, we will
provide further details in due course.
Should the restructuring conclude successfully, this may have a material effect of the price of the Company’s
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until further full announcements are made.
