Vivo Energy announces that Adrian de Souza, Group General Counsel, will take on the additional role
of Group Company Secretary with effect from 27 July 2020 following the resignation of Claire Dhokia.
Adrian is an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary, having previously served as
Company Secretary at Barclays Bank UK plc and Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at
Land Securities Group plc.
