CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Hyprop (“the board”) has appointed Spiro Noussis as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 27 July 2020.
Spiro is a Chartered Accountant with considerable experience in the property sector in South Africa, Central and
Eastern Europe and the United Kingdom. He was formerly the joint CEO of Nepi Rockcastle PLC which owns a
portfolio of dominant retail shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe. Spiro’s knowledge of, and
experience in, these markets will be of significant benefit to the board in managing the Company’s European
investments. We look forward to Spiro’s direct contribution in this area as well as to the value he will add to
the greater group.
