Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 15 July 2020 regarding the
provisional date of the release of the audited financial results (“annual results”) for the year ended 31
March 2020.
The company’s audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2020 (“annual results”) and the
audited annual financial statements are expected to be released on 14 August 2020. The integrated annual
report and notice of annual general meeting will be released on 28 August 2020.
