UPDATE ON PSV BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 21 July
2020 advising affected persons of the publication of the PSV Business Rescue Plan and
the tabling thereof for approval by creditors and other holders of a voting interest at
a meeting convened in accordance with section 151 of the Companies Act, 71 of
2008 (“Companies Act”) (“section 151 meeting”) on 27 July 2020.
Shareholders are advised that at the section 151 meeting, a motion to amend the
published draft business rescue plan was proposed and approved in accordance
with the provisions of section 152(1)(d)(i) of the Companies Act. A directive was made
to the Practitioner’s to adjourn the meeting in terms of section 152(1)(d)(ii) which was
approved. The meeting was adjourned to 12h00 on Tuesday, 11 August 2020.
