RESIGNATION OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The board of directors of Hulamin (“the Board”) advises shareholders that Mr Anton Krull has resigned as
an executive director from the Board and as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company with effect
from 31 October 2020.
Anton has been a loyal, diligent and long-serving member of the management team. The Board would like
to thank Anton for his contribution to Hulamin and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
A further announcement will be made when the Company has identified a suitable replacement for the
CFO role.
