Shareholders of the Company and holders of the cumulative, non-redeemable, non-participating,
variable rate preference shares issued by Steinhoff Investment Holdings Limited are referred to the
second market notice issued by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) on 29 May 2020
wherein the timeframe for publication of interim results for the interim period ended 31 March 2020
has been extended for a period of one month. Accordingly, the Company has placed reliance on the
one-month extension granted by the FSCA and the Company intends to publish its interim results for
the six month period ended 31 March 2020 as soon as possible.
