DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are hereby advised that Deneb’s integrated report, containing the audited
group financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2020, was distributed to shareholders
today, 31 July 2020, and contains no modifications to the reviewed condensed consolidated
financial results which were announced on SENS on 5 June 2020. The integrated report is
also available at https://deneb.co.za/2020iar.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 09:30 a.m.
Thursday, 15 October 2020, at the offices of Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited, Suite
801, 76 Regent Road, Sea Point to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM
which forms part of the integrated report.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 9 October 2020, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 6 October 2020.
