Fulfilment of conditions precedent to the disposal of the Scitec business
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on 16 April 2020 relating
to the disposal of Ascendis Health’s Scitec business in its Consumer Health segment for a total
consideration of €5 million (“the Scitec Transaction”).
The board of directors of Ascendis Health is pleased to advise that all conditions precedent to the
Scitec Transaction have been fulfilled and accordingly the Scitec Transaction has become
unconditional. The effective date of the Scitec Transaction is 31 July 2020.
