Astoria shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 30 July 2020 regarding the proposed share
consolidation and, using the terms defined therein, are advised that the Share Consolidation shares will commence
trading under the new ISIN MU0499N00015 from Wednesday, 2 September 2020 on the South African register, and
from Monday, 7 September 2020 on the Mauritian register.
Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
