CHANGE IN SPONSOR
In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Adcorp wishes to
advise that it has terminated the services of Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking as Sponsor
to the Company with effect from 31 July 2020, by mutual consent.
Further to the above, Adcorp has appointed PSG Capital as Sponsor to the Company with effect
from 01 August 2020.
