RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the ADvTECH Board
(“Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Stafford Masie has resigned as independent
non-executive director and member of the investment and nominations committees, with effect
from 5 August 2020.
The Board expressed their deepest appreciation to Mr Masie, for his valuable contribution over
the last six years.
