RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr. Asanda Vuyolwethu Notshe
(“Mr. Notshe”) has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, chairman and
member of the social & ethics committee, and as member of the remuneration and investment
committees, all with effect from 31 August 2020.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Notshe for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
