CHANGE TO DESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr. Amon Ntuli (“Mr. Ntuli”)
will step down as an executive director of the Company and assume the position as a
non-executive director with effect from 6 August 2020.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Ntuli for his valuable contribution to the Company in an
executive capacity and looks forward to his further contribution as a non-executive director
of the Company.
