RESULTS CLARIFICATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 6 August 2020 setting out the company’s
audited annual consolidated financial statements (“Announcement”).
While the correct results were released on SENS, it appears that certain vendors distributing SENS announcements
via the internet are incorrectly reflecting the Announcement. The Company’s headline earnings per share for the
year ended 31 March 2020 is 133.4 cents per share and not 33.4 cents per share.
