CHANGE OF VENUE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEEETING (“AGM”)
Shareholders are advised that the venue for the Company’s Annual General
Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, 15 September 2020, has been changed. As
a result of current COVID-19 restrictions, The Wanderers Club in Johannesburg
(as detailed in the SENS announcement of 13 July 2020) has become
unavailable to the Company.
The Annual General Meeting will now be held at The Inanda Club, Corner
Forrest Road & 6th Avenue, Inanda, Sandton at the same original scheduled
time of 12:00
