governance in accordance with the principles of the King IV Report on Corporate Governance for South Africa 2016,
Quantum Foods shareholders are hereby advised that Geoffrey George Fortuin, an independent non-executive
director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee, with
immediate effect.
