RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Ms Zaida Adams will be taking up an executive role at another listed
property fund and has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Board with immediate
effect.
Ms Adams served as Chairman of the Audit and Risk and Related Party committees. These
committees will be reconstituted in due course. The Board wishes to express its gratitude and
appreciation to Ms Adams for her contribution to L2D during her term of office.
