DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN THE COMPANY
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listing
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited
has acquired ordinary shares in the company and its total beneficial interest has increased from
2.1% to 5.93% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.
Formal notification has been received from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited
and the company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
