CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders of the Company are
hereby advised that Mr Patrick Ernest Burton has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 17 August 2020.
Consequently, Mr Burton has resigned as the lead independent director and as the chairman of the Company’s audit
and risk committee as well as the remuneration committee.
The board of directors of the Company would like to thank Mr Burton for his contribution to Quantum Foods and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
